RENOVATION

The assignment for a house in Leiderdorp, was to provide the necessary documents for obtaining a building permit, in order to start a renovation.

In close collaboration with the client, we expanded the first proposal of the renovation, which was only an extension of the top floor, creating a larger room. It soon became a proposal for a total renovation of every floor, with a new kitchen, larger groundfloor restroom, removal of the chimney on every floor, equal bedrooms,  a new bathroom with walk-in shower and of course the top floor proposal.

The execution was carried out by the client and a contractor.
