New office ZOHO

We remain in the middle of the vibrant Zomerhofkwartier (ZOHO) in Rotterdam. This area with a raw edge will become an inspiring link between the city center and the old city districts. ZOHO's redevelopment has just been awarded to the Leyten and Stebru consortium. We look forward to following the developments that build on the creative character of the current ZOHO with a mix of homes, facilities and creative companies like us.
