By thinking integrally from guest experience, brand strategy, trends and architecture, the idea arose to expand Villa Westerduin with two garden suites and to transform the building with five family rooms into a new villa concept with eleven villa rooms.

We helped the owner of Badhotel Renesse to translate his vision into a distinctive positioning. Badhotel Renesse as a refreshing classic by the sea has become the starting point for an authentic experience that ensures better reviews and a better result. Renesse is the seaside resort of Zeeland for the young and the elderly and a great holiday destination. Within 15 minutes you are at the dunes and the beach, which is 1000 meters from Badhotel Renesse. Villa Westerduin has been expanded with two garden suites located in a beautiful garden park. The garden suites are very spacious, with a Luxury Carpe diem bed, duo shower, separate toilet, air conditioning, seating area with a fridge and a garden terrace with table and chairs.

At the moment, the 2 garden suites of Villa Westerduin can already be booked for guests and the design for Villa Noordzee is ready. We expect to be able to realize this before the summer. This will further increase the efficiency of the location and brand awareness as a refreshing classic by the sea.
