Our client has gone through this process for a plot in the characteristic area of ​​Zandpoort, Olympiakwartier West between the station and the dune landscape. By means of a plot passport with spatial principles, the housing requirements of the client and our vision for a small house in this location, we started working on design and supervision. Key concepts for housing requirements were atmospheric & beachy, modern & iconic, nature & simplicity, compact & comfort.
