DROMENLAB SCHIEDAM IN FORMER HOTEL DE KROON

In close collaboration with stakeholders, Dromenlab powered by IDNA uses approachable participation methods in order to tackle spatial and social challenges like area development and transitions.

Dromenlab Schiedam facilitated brainstorm sessions on site and organised the communication in order to inspire the local residents and the municipality for the redevelopment of city entrance Koemarkt and former VROM site. Results: Placemaking with insight in the needs of stakeholders, visually summarized in a booklet . We also delivered ​​a feasibility analysis , the new name Schiekwartier, a positioning and activation strategy.
