INTERIOR DESIGN FLY CABO VERDE HQ

The assignment was to provide an interior design, for the new headoffice of travel agency Fly Cabo Verde, by transforming an empty commercial space in the center of Rotterdam. The specialist in travel to Cape Verde was expanding in order to cope with the still growing tourism on the island group and competing agencies.

The three-layered space provides the opportunity for a complete, efficient and service-oriented agency and needed to exude comfort, luxury and class. The concept was focused on the sense of travel and the identity of Fly Cabo Verde. The result is a very light, clear and modern office with the use of colors in accordance with the new identity and style of Fly Cabo Verde. The sculptural lighting object and the front desks inspired by airplane wings create an impressive first impression on arrival. The lighting object symbolizes the ten islands of Cabo Verde orbiting around a centre point.
