You can’t solve vacancy in one day

Recently, we completed the research phase of the Wervershoof shopping area in the Municipality of Medemblik with De Plekkenmakers.

In co-creation with entrepreneurs, the municipality and residents, we determined the DNA and the distinctive character of the shopping area. This is captured in word and image in a booklet. And now the owner, entrepreneurs and municipality are going to form a center group to develop a vision based on the DNA.

When you give people a voice, you also have to show what you have done with their ideas. In an online presentation to entrepreneurs and residents, an exhibition in the shopping center and a presentation to the council, we shared the results and what the follow-up looks like.
